What You’ll Do:
- Generate and follow up on leads from homeowners and businesses.
- Educate clients on the insurance claim process and how they can restore their property at little to no cost.
- Conduct property inspections to assess damage.
- Negotiate and close deals for construction repairs and restoration.
- Work closely with project managers and insurance adjusters to ensure smooth claims processing.
- Maintain relationships with clients to generate referrals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and hungry for success.
- Sales or customer service experience (preferred but not required).
- Ability to communicate confidently and build trust with clients.
- Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for inspections.
